We accept cash, check and credit cards including HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of your office visit. Once you have been checked out, you will be sent an email receipt. If you would like to submit your visit to your insurance company for reimbursement a superbill will be emailed to you. (see below)
When your visit is complete and you have been checked out, I will email you a superbill in PDF format. (A superbill contains the Diagnosis codes, Treatment Codes and my practice information, such as license number and NPI number, which insurance companies accept.) If your insurance policy includes acupuncture or herbal treatments, you can submit the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement. Each plan within a company is variable, so two plans with the same company may have different coverage for acupuncture.
